National Living Wage as of 1 April 2016

The New National Living Wage comes in to play as from 1 April 2016. This means those workers aged 25 and over will get a 'premium' on the National Minimum Wage. It's important you check all members of your team are paid above the new rates.

The new rates are:

Aged 25 and over       £7.20 per hour

Aged 21-25                  £6.70 per hour

Aged 18-21                  £5.30 per hour

Aged 18 and under    £3.87 per hour

Apprentices                  £3.30 per hour
